Job Responsibilities

This role involves maintaining existing customer relationships and creating new sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing sales strategies with the sales team
  • Creating B.O.M. and proposals for sales opportunities
  • Collaborating with vendors to provide customized solutions for customers
  • Responding to public proposal requests

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and participating in Quarterly Business Review meetings
  • Managing and sending communications to existing customers
  • Serving as the sales point of contact for existing customers
  • Renewing contracts and following up with existing customers
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A two-year college degree or industry certification
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A general IT background
  • Minimum three years of technical sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to multitask and work independently
