Job ResponsibilitiesThis role involves maintaining existing customer relationships and creating new sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing sales strategies with the sales team
- Creating B.O.M. and proposals for sales opportunities
- Collaborating with vendors to provide customized solutions for customers
- Responding to public proposal requests
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and participating in Quarterly Business Review meetings
- Managing and sending communications to existing customers
- Serving as the sales point of contact for existing customers
- Renewing contracts and following up with existing customers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A two-year college degree or industry certification
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A general IT background
- Minimum three years of technical sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- The ability to multitask and work independently
