Service Coordinator Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our Service Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and administrative support to Service Technicians
  • Schedule service calls and dispatch Service Technicians
  • Purchase materials and handle information requests
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Review and analyze Field Service Reports
  • Manage and maintain service schedules
  • Interact with internal and external customers
  • Schedule service calls and follow up on call status
  • Assist with subcontractor pre-approval process
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Make travel arrangements for Service Technicians
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings
  • Provide administrative support to Service Technicians
  • Coordinate and direct office services
  • Provide information for managerial reports and financial statements
  • Perform basic bookkeeping services
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a related field or in dispatching
  • HVAC/BAS Service industry experience preferred
  • Service management or accounting system experience a plus
