Automotive Service Operations Coordinator

Capital Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Service Operations Coordinator to lead our mobile services operations and mobile tire sales in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service, possess CDK system knowledge, and have experience in tire sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the mobile services team, ensuring efficiency and high-quality customer service.
- Lead the mobile tire sales initiative, driving growth in this segment through strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and inventory for mobile services to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize CDK systems for managing service orders, customer information, and sales tracking.
- Provide training and support to the mobile services team, ensuring they are equipped to meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting as needed to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Proficiency in CDK systems.
- Experience in tire sales, particularly in a mobile or commercial setting, is highly preferred.
- Strong B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
