At GPAC, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agricultural Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our dealer network to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prioritize and manage your time effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency in the field.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our products and their applications to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and analysis.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in equipment sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Industry knowledge and product awareness, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
