Looking for a dynamic sales professional to represent our client in the agricultural equipment industry. With a strong reputation as a well-respected Ag Equipment dealership, we are seeking an experienced individual to join our team of industry leaders.

Salary: $75,000 base plus commission

We are looking for a knowledgeable, organized, and detail-oriented candidate who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and builds strong relationships with customers and the team. The successful candidate will represent the company for the sale of new and used agricultural equipment to customers in a defined sales area.

Responsibilities:
  • Prior experience in sales in a dealership setting is preferred.
  • A high level of customer service experience is essential, as is the ability to multitask and stay organized during peak foot traffic.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with tractors, combines, sprayers, tillage equipment, and grain carts, with knowledge of John Deere, Kubota, New Holland, Case-IH, Massey Ferguson, or similar ag dealerships being a plus.
  • Maintaining current product knowledge on features and benefits of equipment potentially saleable by the dealership is crucial.
  • The successful candidate will monitor competitive activity/products and timely communicate to management, conduct new equipment field demonstrations, and maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of agricultural equipment sales experience, with the ability to use Microsoft Office and internet functions, work flexible hours, and possess excellent customer relationship skills.
