Position Type: Hybrid (One Day Onsite Per Week)
Job Title: Junior Healthcare Project Coordinator
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 3+ Months (Potential for Extension)
Role Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the intake of change requests and in the formulation of business cases related to these requests. Support the business team in evaluating the deliverable value of the change requests. Help manage the change requests through to completion, which includes tracking and reporting on the financial status of these requests and the overall budget.
Assist in monitoring and documenting operational issues, which involves logging, tracking, and reporting the status of these issues, as well as taking meeting notes.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in information handling.
- Ability to collaborate across departments to support operational teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support management in evaluating, recommending, establishing, implementing, and analyzing new and improved workflows and processes to enhance customer service and quality.
Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and performance.
Compile and analyze operational data to identify and address business challenges.
Engage in systems testing, develop procedures and controls, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Deliver updates to leadership on project statuses and issues.
Communicate policy changes to meet project objectives and assist in documenting departmental procedures.
Create and present reports to showcase operational data and suggest business modifications.
Provide support to internal departments and external stakeholders by answering inquiries and offering training.
Participate in special projects or workgroups as assigned.
