Lead Research and Development at CorDx

We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Manager to drive innovation and growth at CorDx, a fast-growing biotech company.


About the Position

The successful candidate will have a strong background in biotechnology and a proven track record of success in developing and commercializing innovative products.

The role involves leading a team of research and development professionals, overseeing the design, execution, and analysis of experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • PhD in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in R&D management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and commercializing innovative products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Mandarin speaking is preferred.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
