E-Discovery Support Manager

As the Manager of eDiscovery support, you will be responsible for supporting CLCA's eDiscovery hosting platforms, OmniX, Viewpoint, and Relativity. Your responsibility is to provide the best customer experience for users, both internal and external. You will play an important role in designing, implementing, deploying and supporting those platforms. You will work closely with various teams such as Client Services, Data Management, Development, and Infrastructure. Also work closely with vendors in supporting our platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Support large enterprise customers with demanding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that span across multiple time zones and countries.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all parties involved.
- Troubleshoot complex distributed systems that involve Citrix, VDI, Windows servers, Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication, and SQL Servers.
- Pick up new eDiscovery technology to provide the best support to our customers.
- Drive and collaborate with other teams to achieve project goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience.
- Relativity server experience of 2-4 years in a supporting role.
- REL One support experience is a plus.
- eDiscovery industry experience.
- Good understanding of general technologies such as Windows Desktop, Linux Server, Database, MFA, Networking, Web, and Cloud (Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills to create necessary documentation for users.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience in supporting eDiscovery platforms.
- Experience in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $70,400-$77,000.
