About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of eDiscovery Support to join our team at Conduent Legal & Compliance Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our eDiscovery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of our eDiscovery hosting platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support large enterprise clients with demanding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple time zones and countries.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with various teams, including Client Services, Data Management, Development, and Infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot complex distributed systems involving Citrix, VDI, Windows servers, Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication, and SQL Servers.
  • Stay up-to-date with new eDiscovery technologies to provide best-in-class support to our clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive projects forward and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting Relativity server.
  • REL One support experience a plus.
  • eDiscovery industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of general technologies, including Windows Desktop, Linux Server, Database, MFA, Networking, Web, and Cloud (Azure).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create documentation for users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach, with a willingness to take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting eDiscovery platforms.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure.
