Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare examination areas and guide patients.
- Ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Communicate effectively and provide care tailored to patient needs.
- Manage incoming calls and coordinate appointment scheduling.
- Maintain stocked examination areas and manage supply orders.
- Record vital signs and update patient medical histories.
- Assist in the transition of care to other healthcare facilities.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Provide documentation support during patient visits.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant and Basic Life Support certification are mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English, ability to prioritize tasks, and proficiency in computer systems.
- Willingness to travel to various locations may be necessary.
