Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish connections with guests and team members
  • Share your enthusiasm for the mountains during service
  • Adhere to leadership guidelines as discussed in daily pre-shift meetings
  • Prepare beverage stations and food displays, manage cash transactions, greet guests, and clear tables
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the day
  • Enjoy skiing or snowboarding after your shift (optional and location dependent)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all essential training for safe job execution
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Additional Requirements for Applicants Under 18:
  • Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hiring, along with other necessary documents as mandated by state law, such as a work permit and proof of age
