As a Residential In-home Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to homeowners in the greater Kansas City area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their heating and cooling needs.
- Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Work closely with our office and field teams to generate leads and manage appointment scheduling.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of consultative sales or equivalent customer service experience.
- Prior HVAC experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
