About the Role

The Route Sales Representative is a key position at Frito-Lay, responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores. As a member of our team, you will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
  • Work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and maintain records throughout the day.
  • Partner with store managers to increase sales and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
  • Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.

Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • You'll need to pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
