Field Sales Representative

Job Description:
As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be the face and voice of the company to customers, providing customized, white glove experiences that exceed their expectations. With a focus on connecting customers to the latest technology and services, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where every interaction is an opportunity to make a sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and close deals through hands-on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
- Work independently in the field, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with customers.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and utilize company-provided vehicles to meet customers on their timeline.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Utilize required PPE and adhere to all safety measures, including basic sanitizing procedures.
Compensation:
Field Sales Representatives at AT&T earn between $43,100 - $51,300 + up to $20,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn an average of $71,029 per year.
