About the Role

Frito-Lay North America is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and merchandise Frito-Lay products to local stores, ensuring maximum visibility and sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and customers to drive sales growth
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

Requirements
  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
