Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative - Evening Shift with Centric Brands Inc., you will play a key role in supporting overall sales in the store, staff, merchandise, and customer service. Your primary objective will be to promote a sales culture that drives productivity and passion for the brand.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of consistently strong selling performance and clientele experience in an elevated contemporary brand. You will be responsible for meeting sales goals, motivating sales staff, and ensuring that all internal and external customers receive exemplary service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales goals and continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals
- Support the development of associates' sales techniques to maximize sales
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise and work with the Store Manager to assist with events and incentives that will continue to grow the customer base
- Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
- Assist sales associates with various customer service issues, including dissatisfied customers, returns, and defective merchandise
Requirements:
- Excellent brand and product knowledge
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working in a sales-commission environment preferred

Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, bonus, and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
