Job Title: Health Benefit Representative

Centene Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Health Benefit Representative to join our team. As a Health Benefit Representative, you will play a critical role in selling Fidelis Care products and services to individuals in our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify membership growth opportunities in assigned territory and meet or exceed production goals by enrolling individuals in Fidelis Care products.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all Fidelis Care products, including metal products offered through the New York State of Health (NYSOH), Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus, Medicare, MLTC, FIDA, and HARP.
  • Interact directly with individuals to understand their unique needs and recommend the best product for their situation.
  • Represent Fidelis Care at community events, marketing sites, and in individuals' homes to promote our products and services.
  • Build and establish relationships within the community to find new opportunities and sites in assigned territory.
  • Deliver presentations to individuals, groups, providers, community-based organizations, and local business leaders to educate and promote Fidelis Care products.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 2-5 years prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Driver's License required.
