Job Responsibilities

Position: Instructor - Performance Management Coaching Course (PMCC)
Type: Full Time/Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, based on course requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver instruction for the Performance Management Coaching Course (PMCC) to provide professional development integrated with the Total Force.
  • Facilitate various courses as per the teaching schedule provided quarterly.
  • Provide coaching skills training in additional courses or learning events as requested.
  • Maintain a Faculty Portfolio in accordance with organizational policy.
  • Conduct annual faculty evaluations and submit reports as required.
  • Review course feedback and make necessary adjustments in collaboration with the client.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined by relevant authorities.
  • Act as the primary contact for student inquiries during courses.
  • Assist students with administrative issues by coordinating with support services.
  • Support other instructors as needed in online course delivery.
  • Participate in additional professional development activities as required.
Work Environment: This role operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move office supplies up to 20 pounds.
