Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Clinical Educator to join our team at Lakeview Behavioral Health Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for creating and providing ongoing education to clinical and administrative staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: Develop and implement comprehensive education programs for clinical and administrative staff, including workshops, training sessions, and online resources.
  • Health Screenings: Oversee annual health screenings for staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Meetings and Investigations: Participate in meetings and investigations as needed, providing expert guidance and support to staff.
  • Clinical In-Services: Oversee clinical in-services, ensuring staff receive timely and relevant training on new procedures and technologies.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse staff populations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
