We're seeking an experienced Administrative Services Team Lead to join our team at Sedgwick. In this role, you'll oversee and coordinate administrative support functions for a specified unit, providing direction, coordination, training, and support to ensure seamless operations.

About the Position

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000, depending on location and experience. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in administrative leadership or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Proven track record of driving results-oriented initiatives and improving process efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
