Position Overview:
Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is in search of an Overnight Clinical Operations Supervisor to lead the Detox and Crisis teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of all clinical personnel and operations within the Victor St. facility, encompassing Detox Recovery, Walk-in Crisis, and the Crisis Stabilization Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and guidance to clinical teams during overnight shifts.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Division Directors to facilitate initial and ongoing training for crisis and detox staff.
- Support and motivate overnight staff to achieve designated objectives and provide necessary direction.
- Supervise the performance of clinical operations and assist in the formulation of program policies and procedures.
- Foster a cohesive and respectful work environment among staff members.
- Engage in regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of data entry by overnight staff and conduct thorough chart reviews.
- Build collaborative relationships with local agencies and community partners to enhance service utilization.

Qualifications:
- Licensed mental health clinician with a Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in the mental health sector.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in crisis management and de-escalation techniques.
- Knowledge of detox recovery interventions and mental health diagnoses.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
