Job Summary

The Clinical RN Supervisor coordinates activities with the Practice Director to ensure efficient, cost-effective clinical operations of the practice on a day-to-day basis. This role collaborates with the Practice Director and physicians to facilitate quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Practice Director and other site supervisors to coordinate the day-to-day activities of the practice site.
  • Participates in expediting patient care as necessary.
  • Responsible for the orientation process of new clinical staff hires and assists in the ongoing training and development of all staff to maintain required clinical competencies.
  • Maintains open lines of communication with the Practice Director concerning practice activities that include operational, performance, or disciplinary issues.
  • Participates in workflow development, planning, and execution for the practice and each of the divisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related healthcare field.
  • 4+ years of clinical nursing experience.
  • 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in healthcare or another related field.
  • 3+ years of clinic experience in area of specialty.
  • Ambulatory quality improvement (QI) experience.
  • Experience in use of registry data and quality systems.
  • Bilingual, Spanish-speaking.
Conditions of Employment
  • Current RN License in the State of Colorado.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross healthcare provider level CPR certification.
  • Must be able to work in person.
  • Must be able to travel to alternate locations as assigned.
