About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned brand marketing leader to drive our brand strategy and marketing efforts forward. As our Vice President of Brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust brand strategy that aligns with our company's mission, vision, and business objectives.
  • Define and refine brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and resonance across all marketing channels.
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, familiarity, and strengthen desired perceptions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a compelling visual and verbal brand identity that reflects our brand's values and differentiates it in the marketplace.
  • Design and implement a coherent brand architecture and portfolio strategy that supports business objectives and enhances brand equity.
  • Develop and execute innovative brand marketing and sponsorship strategies to drive engagement and loyalty among key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of brand governance models and frameworks to guide adoption and application of the brand across the customer and employee journey.
  • Work closely with product, sales, communications, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency and integration across all touchpoints.
  • Establish and monitor brand and campaign KPIs to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing brand marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.

About You:

We're looking for a visionary leader with a strong background in brand management, marketing, and communications, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, competitive environment. You should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a significant portion in B2B tech and SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining relevancy for historic, storied brands.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the latest trends in technology, AI, and digital marketing.
  • A strong creative orientation, with the ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, competitive environment and adapt to changing priorities.
