Job Title: Executive Leader for Emerging Brand

Franworth Corporate is seeking an Executive Leader to spearhead the growth and development of an emerging brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-level decision-making, determining the company's short and long-term missions and vision, and leading its development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with shareholders, government entities, and the public on behalf of the company.
  • Develop and implement the company's short and long-term strategy.
  • Create and implement the company's organization and vision.
  • Evaluate the work of other executive leaders within the company.
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, and industry developments.
  • Ensure the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it operates.
  • Assess and minimize risks to the company.
  • Set strategic goals and ensure they are measurable.
  • Lead the development of a compelling brand, shaping product and brand direction to strengthen the brand across all regions.
  • Drive business on a national level, ensuring regional strategies are properly developed, monitored, and managed to deliver commercial results and build brand health.
  • Provide clear, inclusive leadership and direction to the team to ensure even development across all business areas.
  • Manage the company's profit and loss (P&L) and be responsible for its financial performance.
  • Communicate effectively with key leaders on market trends, risks, and opportunities, and critical support and investment decisions.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supervise multiple teams and projects.
  • Supervise a team of employees.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of successful franchise experience in a similar or lessor role.
  • Excellent facilitation, delegator, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet short deadlines, and collaborate with others.

Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate seamlessly with all levels.
  • Self-directed in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
