Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to increase revenue and support the organization's mission.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and new donors, local parishes, and community partners to increase visibility and resources.
- Work closely with the President and CEO to identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, major gifts, and planned giving.
- Manage and oversee the development team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of development initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in philanthropy, marketing, and communications to inform development strategies.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in philanthropy, community relations, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in fundraising and donor engagement.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports.
- Experience with donor database management and social media platforms.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
