We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team at BrightView Landscape Services. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional landscape services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure efficiency and client standards are met
  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance on soil, planting, watering, and insect control
  • Drive and maintain company vehicles, train personnel on safety protocols, and manage schedules and reports
Requirements
  • 2+ years of landscape installation experience
  • 1+ year of experience managing a 2+ person crew
  • At least 1 year of experience in lawn care and landscaping, with supervisory experience desired
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's license with a good driving record
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including weather conditions, heavy lifting, and extensive walking
