Senior Marketing Manager, Growth and Expansion

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to lead our efforts in driving topline growth at Clutter. This is a pivotal role in shaping and executing our growth marketing strategies, focusing on high-intent traffic, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and building brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, setting clear objectives and defining KPIs to measure performance.
- Oversee the design, launch, and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, informing decisions and improving strategies.
- Manage relationships with external marketing consultants and vendors, evaluating their performance and ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Perform in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, customer success, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with broader company goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with the capability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
