Job Title: Western Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Western Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Silmid Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our product lines and customer base in the Western region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in the aerospace or chemical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Ability to travel domestically and globally as required.
