Job Summary:

Nouria Energy Corporation is a leading wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator, and car wash operator in New England. We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our team and lead our fresh foods and dispensed beverages category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine and manage product offerings to ensure they are compelling and relevant to our customers and capitalize on product and category trends.
• Work with vendors to build relationships and determine product offerings, following established processes for new and discontinued items.
• Analyze and interpret data to optimize category performance and ensure strong financial growth within the categories of responsibility.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or marketing-related discipline.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in QSR restaurant brand relationships and or category management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to travel independently up to 25% and lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of category management experience with a discipline in Food Service.
• Experience with PDI reporting systems and portal resources for data insight.
