### Job Summary

Celestar, a Veteran Owned Company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Operations Manager to join our team. As a Senior Security Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development of intelligence assessments, meeting or exceeding quality and tradecraft standards, and providing products within agreed timelines. You will also assist in preparation, processing, and tracking personnel initial and periodic reinvestigations for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Electronic Questionnaire.

### Responsibilities

- Research and develop intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meeting or exceeding quality and tradecraft standards, and providing products within mutually agreed timelines.
- Assist in preparation, processing, and tracking personnel initial and periodic reinvestigations for Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Electronic Questionnaire.
- Perform security in/out processing of personnel, weekly SCI Indoctrination briefings, and security debriefings for the Command.
- In/out processing duties include: Verify security clearance eligibility, create Personnel Security Folders, provide appropriate indoctrination paperwork, create appropriate access badge with photo, update all security databases, schedule SCI indoctrination briefings as required, and maintain data on the security clearance investigations status.
- Debrief personnel when the Need to Know no longer is required; terminate access to classified information, update all security databases, and reconcile Personnel Security Folder.
- Monitor DISS eligibility updates, DIA Record Message Traffic (RMT), and cross-reference multiple repository databases to include facilitating the transfer of records/info to Intelligence Community databases for security clearance eligibility and access.
- Receive input and process data, ensure data is current and accurate, and maintain databases used to process the Security clearance levels of Foreign Nationals and the access to information and facilities.
- Pass and monitor security clearances via DISS, DIA Record Message Traffic (RMT), or fax and cross-reference multiple repository databases to include facilitating the transfer of records and information to Intelligence Community databases, supporting the Command.
- Process notices of foreign travel and foreign contacts and ensure applicable DISS or IC databases accurately reflect this data IAW with Adjudicative Guidelines.
- Support the security clearance nomination process and assist with indoctrinations, permanent certifications, and the submission of Research/Recertify/Upgrade (RRU) requests for all aspects of the Command Industrial Security Program.
- Receive input, process, and maintain a current and accurate database of security clearances of Foreign Nationals and other personnel visiting or assigned to USCENTCOM.
- Review, staff, process, and facilitate completion of taskers for the J2 Special Security Office.
- Conduct training and educate the CENTCOM staff on security standards.
- Gather feedback and update training materials as required.

### Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 12 years, as a substitute to the Bachelor's degree.

### Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 per year, based on the company's competitive salaries and the location of the position in Tampa, FL.
