Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial operations with accuracy, including data entry, record maintenance, and proactive communication with clients and associated teams.
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors, banking representatives, and accountants to ensure smooth financial processes for our esteemed clients.
  • Oversee payroll management for household employees, entity staff, and independent contractors.
  • Prepare accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reports.
  • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online and our reporting software, ensuring meticulous categorization and documentation.
  • Create detailed and customized reports, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other relevant reports for individuals and entities.
  • Manage client bill payment requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Set up new bill payment accounts with precision, including configuring automatic payments and monitoring for accuracy.
  • Conduct bank account reconciliations with care, ensuring organized filing for easy access.
  • Utilize reporting software to track and update client net worth statements accurately.
  • Perform thorough cash flow and financial planning analyses.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, facilitating effective client meeting preparations and follow-ups.
  • Handle complex financial planning projects with expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of current experience with QuickBooks Online and related applications.
  • Strong understanding of CPA requirements for high net worth clients' quarterly estimated payments and tax filings.
  • Knowledge of partnership accounting, tax principles, and estate planning strategies.
  • Exceptional financial management skills, including accurate data entry, thorough account reconciliation, and diligent documentation.
