Responsibilities:


Become a vital member of the Relationship Management Technology Banking team in a multifaceted role that encompasses supporting key initiatives, onboarding new clients, preparing for sales, and managing CRM systems.

Report directly to the Managing Director or Director in the market, with responsibilities that include preparing reports, facilitating the client onboarding process, monitoring client product usage trends, assisting the sales team in preparing for client/prospect meetings, entering data into CRM or other banking systems, and tracking venture funding and referral activities.

This role will also involve collaboration with other credit and advisory teams as necessary.


Support Managing Directors and Directors in delivering an exceptional client experience; oversee client onboarding, renewal of letters of credit and credit cards, and coordinate internal communications to promptly address client inquiries.


Assist with call preparation by compiling and presenting relevant information for meetings and attend client meetings to take comprehensive notes.


Build strong relationships with key clients and ecosystem stakeholders (investors, accelerator & incubator groups) and third-party providers to enhance value for portfolio clients with adjacent solutions.

Engage with clients on due diligence, regulatory, and information completeness requests.

Manage data sources/CRM to identify top clients and prospects; assess potential cross-sell opportunities and participate in the sales process.

Assist the Director with new business development opportunities and strategic initiatives. Utilize Outreach, Input/Output to engage with clients.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of First Citizens Bank's products to anticipate client needs.

Attend market and industry events within the technology ecosystem, and keep abreast of relevant industry publications.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5-6 years of experience.

Preferred:
Strong capability to manage multiple projects, reporting, and various needs from supported teams.

High proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel

High tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities

Excellent time management skills and consistency in follow-through.

Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Robust analytical skills and an intellectually curious mindset

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal abilities

Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and face challenges

Bachelor's degree (or higher) with demonstrated strong academic performance

Prior experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment is advantageous but not mandatory.

This role will support the described functions in the Southeast and Southwest markets, based in an Atlanta office.
