Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent at Mass Markets, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. This includes ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, researching systems to find missing information as applicable, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues when needed. Additionally, you will document and process customer claims in appropriate systems and escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and managerial for resolution as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
