Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and selling our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sell our products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
