  • Delivering exceptional customer service to Financial Professionals through phone and email communications.
  • Managing service requests submitted by Financial Professionals.
  • Updating client records and documenting interactions in the customer service database during and after each engagement.

Qualifications:

A minimum of six months to one year of relevant experience, education, or training is preferred.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $38,000-$41,000. This range represents a good faith estimate based on the qualifications of the ideal candidate, the operational needs of the company, and other legal considerations. Actual compensation may vary.
