Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Shinyseas. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers, using the right methods and tools
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
