Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Provide detailed product and service information that aligns with customer needs, creating memorable customer experiences by actively listening, addressing concerns, and handling objections.
  • Marketing and Sales: Execute marketing strategies and sales initiatives in assigned territories to engage customers and build strong brand relationships, track and report on market success metrics.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate on new marketing campaigns to enhance brand exposure and attract new business, address customer issues with professionalism, escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Teamwork and Development: Work closely with management and the sales team to assess customer service approaches and identify areas for improvement, grow into a recruiting role, learning to train and mentor new team members while managing personal responsibilities.

Qualifications:
