We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Coordinator to join our team at FileBank Inc.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a data team and contribute to maintaining accurate, up-to-date information in our systems. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting and entering data into databases, ensuring that records are accurate and complete.

Our ideal candidate has proven experience in data entry, with strong typing skills and attention to detail. You should also be familiar with MS Office and data programs, as well as administrative duties. Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and enter data into databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Work with a data team to ensure seamless data management
  • Contribute to maintaining secure and confidential information
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Confidentiality and ability to maintain secure information
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
