Job Overview
The Department of Transportation is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Planning Coordinator to join our team in Oakland, Alameda County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the district's complete streets performance activities and data.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  1. Plan, organize, and manage the district's complete streets performance activities and data.
  2. Coordinate with other district functions to develop, track, and report complete streets performance in the District.
  3. Work closely with the District Complete Streets Coordinator, Transportation Planning, Asset Management, Traffic Operations, and other functions within the District and Headquarters.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A valid driver's license.
  2. The ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, external partners, consultants, and stakeholders.
  3. Leadership skills and the ability to develop performance tracking and reporting tools and strategies.
