About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our clients' administrative needs. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining standard reports and ad-hoc queries in Excel.
  • Performing various administrative tasks and other projects as assigned.
  • Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures, with a focus on health and safety protocols.
  • Data entry and record-keeping.
  • Maintaining good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Taking direction from various sources and meeting deadlines.
