Automotive Title Processing Specialist

As a Tag & Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing of vehicle tags and titles for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative office environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Timely processing of tag documentation
- Reconciliation of tag and title records
- Understanding and adhering to deadlines while applying a sense of urgency to all tasks
- Communicating effectively with the Accounting Manager to resolve any issues
- Prior experience as an automotive Title Clerk is preferred
- Active Notary Public certification is advantageous
- Experience with automotive accounting or Reynolds systems is preferred
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
