Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Clerk/Inventory Specialist to join our team at DARCARS Automotive Group.

As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of automotive parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory shipments
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient stockroom environment
  • Notify the parts manager of any damaged or missing parts
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of special order parts
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and special orders
  • Collaborate with the service manager to ensure timely receipt of special order parts
  • Assist in picking up emergency orders and making deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of honesty and integrity

Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of automotive OEM parts and inventory management systems
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds a plus
  • Ability to lift up to and over 50 pounds
  • Availability to work on Saturdays
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
