DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of orders, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and stock all orders upon receipt
  • Notify the parts manager of any damaged or missing parts
  • Ensure all parts shelves are stocked efficiently
  • Process special order parts and maintain a special order file
  • Notify service managers of received special order parts
  • Maintain a backorder file and assist with emergency orders
  • Ensure all shipping requirements are met
  • Follow company policies and federal, state, and local laws regarding information safeguarding
  • Process paperwork in a timely manner
  • Operate office equipment and computer systems as needed

Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of automotive OEM parts
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work on Saturdays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Pass pre-employment screening
