Job Opportunity

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join their team.

About the Role:

  • Inspect and appraise customer vehicles to determine repair costs for damages billed as insurance claims or customer expenses.
  • Work directly with customers and/or insurance companies to ensure a seamless repair process.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality repairs.
  • Conduct spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
  • Reconcile and prepare final invoices matching approved estimates.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of previous automotive estimator experience.
  • Knowledge of major insurance program protocols and ability to upload estimates/images that meet those standards.
  • Prior experience as an estimator highly preferred.
  • I-Car or other industry training history.
  • Automotive certifications a plus.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background).
