Job Overview

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Service Division within the Administration Team, focusing on the billing procedures for contract projects. The primary objective of this position is to ensure accurate invoicing to clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute timely and precise invoicing for contract projects, including all necessary customer documentation.
  • Set up jobs in the Spectrum system.
  • Assist the Service Division with various administrative tasks.
  • Prioritize outstanding service for customers, sales representatives, project managers, and foremen.
  • Participate in weekly service meetings.
  • Collaborate on projects with the Billing Team Manager, Office Manager, and upper management as required.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to clients through various communication channels.
  • Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated servant leadership qualities.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to generate forecasts based on financial data.

  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of two years of relevant accounts receivable experience is required.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds.
Work Schedule:
  • Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
