Job Purpose:

As a Human Resource Business Partner at Rent-A-Center, you will provide comprehensive HR support to a division, focusing on performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, onboarding, and succession planning. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives

Requirements:
