Job OverviewCentury Group is partnering with a client seeking an Interim Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR managerial level support, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The expected starting base salary is $50 to $55 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on employee development and improvement plans.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and OSHA.
  • Support strategic HR initiatives and projects to improve organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR managerial level support, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency with HR software and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
