Job Title: Lifestyle Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Lifestyle Director to join our team at CCMC. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive community event and programming calendar that enhances the resident experience and fosters a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a community events calendar that promotes resident engagement and connection.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Associate to develop and distribute community communications, including newsletters, promotional materials, and social media content.
  • Manage the annual budget for activity income and expenses, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Nurture partnerships with local organizations and businesses to benefit residents and the community.
  • Oversee the operation of the amenity center, including rentals and maintenance.
  • Establish and implement general policies and procedures to ensure a positive resident experience.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Support community clubs, groups, and committees, fostering a sense of community and resident engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a strong, professional relationship with the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in creating and managing communications, including social media and content development.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field, such as recreation, communications, journalism, or community development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and background check.
