Job SummaryWe seek an experienced and dynamic Communications Manager to enhance our organization's marketing and communication efforts.
This individual will manage all aspects of assigned communications projects and programs, ensuring that our messaging aligns with company goals and enhances brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage internal communications programs to ensure employees are informed and engaged with company goals, announcements, and updates.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to support key company objectives and initiatives.
- Draft, edit, and review company materials, including intranet posts, emails, articles, presentations, speeches, and reports.
- Support external communications, including press releases and media kits, and assist with public relations efforts to maintain and enhance the company's reputation.
- Ensure all communications adhere to company branding guidelines and help strengthen the company's voice across all platforms.
- Assist with managing the company's social media presence and develop strategic content.
- Measure the success of communication efforts and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing.
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of internal communications best practices and the fundamentals of writing, grammar, syntax, style, and punctuation.
- Knowledge of media relations, crisis management, and social media strategy is preferred.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively when developing communication plans.
- Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Ability to tailor messages to ensure relevance to internal and external audiences.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge of the Associated Press Stylebook.
- Excellent computer skills and understanding of technical applications used by marketing and communications professionals.
Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to manage competing priorities with minimal direction.
The company offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental plans, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
