Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Community Manager to join our team at New Earth Residential LLC. As a key member of our community operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager in overseeing all aspects of community operations, including leasing, marketing, and resident services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising community associates and ensuring excellent customer service
- Manage delinquency and rent collections, including sending notifications and submitting eviction cases as needed
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including resident files and accounting records
- Assist in preparing lease agreements and other paperwork
- Recommend rental rate adjustments and concessions to increase rental activity
- Perform community inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with standards
- Collect, post, and deposit rents and other community income on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or a similar industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or certification preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate level math skills and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet
